Our website may use analytics and advertising technologies, including Google Analytics and Meta Pixel. Depending on the configuration and applicable law, disclosure of online identifiers and activity to such providers may be considered a "sale" or "sharing" under the CCPA even when no money is exchanged. 5. California Privacy Rights
Subject to exceptions and verification requirements, California residents may have the right to:
  • Know the categories and specific pieces of personal information collected, sources, purposes, and categories of recipients.
  • Request deletion of personal information.
  • Request correction of inaccurate personal information.
  • Receive a portable copy of personal information.
  • Opt out of sale or sharing of personal information, including certain cross-context behavioral advertising uses.

To submit a request, email info@dosparking.com or call +1 551 340 9717. Describe the request and provide enough information for us to identify relevant records. We will use information supplied for verification only as permitted by law. We may deny or limit a request where an exception applies, identity cannot be verified, the request is manifestly unfounded or excessive, or fulfillment would compromise security or another person’s rights.
Authorized Agents
You may use an authorized agent where permitted by law. We may require proof of the agent’s authority and may ask you to verify your identity or confirm the request directly, unless the agent holds a valid power of attorney under applicable law.
Appeals
If applicable law gives you a right to appeal a decision, send an appeal to info@dosparking.com with the subject line "Privacy Appeal" and explain why you believe the decision should be reconsidered.

6. Retention
Retention depends on the category, purpose, relationship, legal obligations, security needs, disputes, and investigations. Account, transaction, and business records may be retained while the relationship is active and afterward as reasonably needed for accounting, tax, audit, dispute, security, or legal purposes. Cookie and analytics information is retained according to the configuration of the relevant tools and provider contracts.
ALPR and security-camera information is retained through completion of the specific authorized purpose or investigation to which it relates and then deleted or de-identified within a reasonable operational period, unless continued retention is required or permitted by law, contract, litigation hold, safety need, or a documented security or fraud investigation. Retention is reviewed periodically.

7. California "Shine the Light"
California Civil Code section 1798.83 may permit California residents to request information about certain disclosures of personal information to third parties for their own direct-marketing purposes.
