Terms of Service
1. Acceptance of These Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a legally binding agreement between you and Dos Parking LLC ("Dos Parking," "we," "us," or "our"). They govern your access to and use of dosparking.com, user accounts, communications, parking and access-control technology, and other services that link to these Terms (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
2. Eligibility and Authority
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a contract to create an account or use features that require agreement to these Terms. If you use the Services for a company, property, or other organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
3. Accounts
You agree to provide accurate and current information, maintain the confidentiality of account credentials, and promptly notify us of suspected unauthorized use. You are responsible for activity under your account to the extent permitted by law. Do not create an account for another person without authorization or register a vehicle or license plate that you are not authorized to use.
We may require verification of your phone number, email address, vehicle, payment method, or other account information. We may reject, suspend, or terminate an account if information is inaccurate, use appears unauthorized or unlawful, or action is reasonably necessary to protect the Services or others.
4. The Services and Parking Locations
Dos Parking provides technology and operational support for parking, vehicle identification, access control, facility management, security, analytics, customer communications, and related functions. The specific features available at a location may vary.
A property owner or facility operator may establish separate rules, hours, access requirements, rates, restrictions, and policies. You are responsible for reviewing and following posted signs and location-specific instructions. Dos Parking does not guarantee that a space will be available, that a location will remain open, or that a vehicle will be protected from damage, theft, or loss.
Unless Dos Parking expressly states otherwise, parking does not create a bailment, and Dos Parking does not take custody or control of your vehicle or property left inside it.
5. Vehicle Images and ALPR
By entering or using a location where Dos Parking technology is deployed, you acknowledge that cameras and automated license plate recognition technology may capture vehicle and license plate images and associated time, location, and access-event information. Dos Parking uses this information as described in its Privacy Policy and ALPR Usage and Privacy Policy. Dos Parking does not use facial recognition or create facial templates or faceprints.
6. Payments and Third-Party Processors
Dos Parking does not currently process parking payments directly. If the Services allow you to add a card or use a payment-enabled feature, payment processing is provided by a third-party payment processor. You authorize that provider to process applicable charges and understand that its terms and privacy policy also apply. Dos Parking may receive tokenized or limited transaction information but does not intend to store full card numbers or security codes.
Any price, tax, fee, refund, or cancellation term displayed for a payment-enabled feature at the time of use will apply to that transaction. If a charge appears incorrect, contact us promptly at info@dosparking.com. Nothing in these Terms limits non-waivable rights under applicable law.
7. Text Messages
If you provide a mobile number, you may receive transactional texts related to verification, account activity, access, security, support, or requested Services. Marketing texts require the consent applicable under law. Consent to marketing texts is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of marketing texts and HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You represent that you are the subscriber or customary user of the number provided and will notify us if the number changes.

The Services, including software, designs, text, graphics, logos, interfaces, databases, and related intellectual property, are owned by Dos Parking or its licensors and protected by law. Subject to these Terms, Dos Parking grants you a limited, personal, revocable, nonexclusive, nontransferable license to use the Services for their intended purpose. No other rights are granted.
If you provide feedback, you grant Dos Parking a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free right to use it without restriction or compensation, provided we do not publicly identify you as the source without permission.
10. Third-Party Services
The Services may depend on or link to third-party services, including payment, mapping, communications, analytics, hosting, and facility systems. Dos Parking does not control those independent services and is not responsible for their availability, content, or practices. Your use may be subject to separate third-party terms.
11. Suspension and Termination
You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access, remove content, or take protective action if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms, created risk or legal exposure, used the Services unlawfully, or if suspension is needed for security, maintenance, or operational reasons. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including ownership, disclaimers, limitations, indemnity, and dispute provisions.
12. Disclaimers
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." DOS PARKING DISCLAIMS ALL EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ANY WARRANTY ARISING FROM COURSE OF DEALING OR USAGE OF TRADE. DOS PARKING DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR ACCURATE, OR THAT A PARKING SPACE, ACCESS EVENT, CAMERA IMAGE, LICENSE PLATE READ, MESSAGE, OR THIRD-PARTY SERVICE WILL ALWAYS BE AVAILABLE OR CORRECT.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions, so some exclusions may not apply to you.
13. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DOS PARKING AND ITS MEMBERS, MANAGERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AFFILIATES, LICENSORS, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, USE, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO THE SERVICES, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE TOTAL LIABILITY OF DOS PARKING FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO THE SERVICES WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID DIRECTLY TO DOS PARKING FOR THE RELEVANT SERVICE DURING THE SIX MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US $100).
These limitations do not apply where prohibited by law and do not limit liability that cannot legally be limited, including liability for intentional misconduct where applicable.
14. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Dos Parking and its members, managers, employees, contractors, affiliates, licensors, and service providers from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful or unauthorized use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of another person’s rights. This obligation does not apply to the extent a claim results from Dos Parking’s own negligence, willful misconduct, or violation of law.
15. Governing Law and Venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Unless applicable law requires otherwise, any court proceeding arising from these Terms or the Services must be brought in the state or federal courts located in San Mateo County, California, and each party consents to their jurisdiction and venue.
16. Changes to the Services or Terms
We may modify the Services and these Terms. We will post updated Terms and revise the effective date. If a change materially affects your rights and additional notice or consent is required by law, we will provide it. Continued use after the effective date of updated Terms constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law.
17. General Terms
These Terms and incorporated policies are the entire agreement between you and Dos Parking regarding the Services, except for a separate written agreement that expressly controls. If a provision is unenforceable, it will be modified to the minimum extent necessary and the remaining provisions will remain effective. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; Dos Parking may assign them in connection with a reorganization, financing, merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. There are no third-party beneficiaries unless expressly stated.

- Use the Services for an unlawful, fraudulent, harmful, or unauthorized purpose.
- Provide false account, vehicle, license plate, payment, or contact information.
- Access or attempt to access another person’s account, restricted system, ALPR information, or nonpublic data without authorization.
- Interfere with, disrupt, reverse engineer, copy, scrape, probe, or circumvent the security or operation of the Services, except where a restriction is prohibited by law.
- Upload malware, automated scripts, or content that infringes rights, violates law, or harms the Services or another person.
- Use data from the Services to track, profile, harass, discriminate against, or endanger another person.
- Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Services without written permission.
