1. IntroductionThis Privacy Policy describes how Dos Parking LLC ("Dos Parking," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal information in connection with our websites, user accounts, text and email communications, parking and access-control technology, cameras, automated license plate recognition systems, customer support, and other services that link to this Policy (collectively, the "Services").
This Policy applies to information collected online and at locations where Dos Parking technology is deployed. A property owner, manager, employer, hotel, municipality, or other facility customer may separately control information and may provide its own privacy notice.
Dos Parking does not use facial recognition and does not create facial templates or faceprints. Cameras may incidentally capture people or surroundings, but Dos Parking does not use those images to identify individuals by facial features.
2. Personal Information We CollectInformation you provide
- Account and contact information, such as name, email address, phone number, account credentials, and communication preferences.
- Vehicle information, such as license plate number, state of registration, vehicle make, model, color, and other information you add to an account.
- Payment-related information. When a card is added or a payment-enabled feature is used, card information is submitted to a third-party payment processor. Dos Parking may receive a token, limited card details such as brand and last four digits, transaction status, and billing records, but does not intend to store full payment-card numbers or card security codes.
- Communications and content, such as support requests, survey responses, feedback, photographs, documents, and other information you send to us.
- Business and professional information when you contact us about a property, partnership, vendor relationship, job, or other business opportunity.
Information collected automatically
- ALPR and vehicle imagery, including images or video of vehicles and license plates; the alphanumeric plate number; and the date, time, direction, lane, location, and equipment identifier associated with a capture.
- Parking and access events, such as entry and exit times, facility identifiers, access status, and records used to operate or troubleshoot the Services.
- Device and online activity information, such as IP address, browser type, operating system, device identifiers, pages viewed, referring URLs, approximate location derived from IP address, and interaction with emails or messages.
- Cookie and similar technology data collected through cookies, pixels, tags, software development kits, analytics tools, and similar technologies. Our website may use Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, or comparable services depending on its configuration.
Information from other sources
- Property owners, facility operators, employers, hotels, municipalities, and other business customers that deploy or use the Services.
- Technology, security, hosting, analytics, communications, mapping, and payment service providers.
- Public records or other lawful sources when needed for safety, security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or a business relationship.
3. How We Use Personal Information- Provide, operate, maintain, support, and improve the Services.
- Create and manage accounts; associate vehicles with accounts; authenticate users; and provide parking or facility access functionality.
- Identify vehicles and record access or parking events through ALPR technology.
- Process payment-enabled features through a third-party processor and maintain related business records.
- Send transactional texts or emails, such as account, access, verification, security, or service messages.
- Send marketing communications when permitted by law and consistent with your choices.
- Respond to inquiries, resolve disputes, provide customer support, and correct inaccurate information.
- Perform analytics, measure website and campaign performance, troubleshoot, test, develop, and improve our technology.
- Protect users, properties, vehicles, systems, and the public; investigate incidents; prevent fraud or misuse; and enforce our agreements.
- Comply with legal obligations, respond to lawful process, establish or defend legal claims, and complete corporate transactions.
- Create aggregated or de-identified information that cannot reasonably be linked to an individual, and use that information for lawful business purposes.
4. How We Disclose Personal InformationWe may disclose personal information to the following categories of recipients for the purposes described in this Policy:
- Service providers and contractors that support hosting, security, ALPR, communications, customer support, analytics, mapping, professional services, and payment processing, subject to appropriate contractual restrictions where required.
- Business customers and facility partners, such as the owner, operator, manager, employer, hotel, or municipality responsible for a location, when disclosure is necessary to operate, secure, investigate, or support that location.
- Authorities or other parties when required by law, legal process, or a good-faith need to protect rights, property, safety, or security.
- Parties to a business transaction, such as a merger, financing, acquisition, reorganization, bankruptcy, or sale of assets, subject to applicable law.
- Other parties at your direction or with your consent.
We do not sell personal information for money. We do not sell ALPR information or use ALPR information for advertising. Some analytics or advertising technologies may transmit online identifiers and activity data to their providers. Depending on configuration and applicable law, those disclosures may be treated as "sharing" for cross-context behavioral advertising. See Section 8 and the California Privacy Notice for choices that may apply.
Mobile information and text-message opt-in consent will not be sold or shared with third parties for their own marketing purposes. We may disclose it to vendors that help us deliver messages, subject to restrictions.
5. Cookies and Online TrackingWe and our providers may use strictly necessary, functional, analytics, and advertising technologies. These tools may remember preferences, maintain security, understand site use, measure performance, and support advertising. You can manage browser settings and, where offered, our cookie controls. Disabling certain technologies may affect website functionality.
Where required, we recognize legally valid opt-out preference signals, such as Global Privacy Control, for the browser or device sending the signal. A browser-based signal may not apply across all devices or accounts.
6. Payment ProcessingDos Parking does not currently process parking payments directly. If you add a payment card or use a payment-enabled feature, payment information is collected and processed by a third-party payment provider. The provider’s handling of card information is governed by its own terms and privacy policy. Dos Parking may receive limited transaction and tokenized payment information needed to support the feature, reconcile transactions, address disputes, and keep records.
7. Text Messages and EmailWe may send transactional messages when you provide a phone number or email address for an account or Service. We send marketing text messages only with the consent required by law. Consent to marketing texts is not a condition of purchasing goods or services. Message frequency may vary, and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to a marketing text to opt out and HELP for help. You may unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in the message. We may still send non-marketing messages that are necessary to administer an account, respond to a request, or provide a requested Service.
8. Your Choices and Privacy Rights- Account information: You may update certain information through your account or by contacting us.
- Marketing: You may use the unsubscribe link in marketing emails or reply STOP to marketing texts.
- Cookies: Use available cookie controls, browser settings, and supported opt-out preference signals.
- Privacy requests: Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, or a copy of personal information, or request to opt out of certain sale, sharing, or targeted advertising activities.

Certain information may be retained where permitted or required by law, including for security, fraud prevention, recordkeeping, legal claims, or completion of a transaction. We will not unlawfully discriminate against you for exercising an applicable privacy right.
9. Automated License Plate RecognitionDos Parking uses ALPR to support parking and access operations, safety, security, investigations, customer support, and system testing. Our separate ALPR Usage and Privacy Policy provides additional information and is incorporated into this Privacy Policy by reference.
10. Data RetentionWe retain personal information only as long as reasonably necessary and proportionate to the collection purpose, including Services, investigations, legal duties, disputes, and security. Periods vary by data type, relationship, legal requirements, and legal holds.
ALPR and camera information is retained through the applicable authorized purpose or investigation and then deleted or de-identified within a reasonable operational period, unless longer retention is required or permitted by law or a documented legal, safety, security, or fraud need. Retention is reviewed periodically.
11. SecurityWe use administrative, technical, operational, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information. These measures may include access controls, authentication, logging, encryption, vendor controls, training, and incident-response procedures. No system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
12. ChildrenThe Services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13 through account registration. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact info@dosparking.com.
13. Third-Party ServicesThe Services may link to or integrate with third-party websites, applications, payment providers, or services. Their privacy practices are governed by their own notices, and Dos Parking is not responsible for those independent practices.
14. Changes to This PolicyWe may update this Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version and revise the effective date. If required by law, we will provide additional notice or obtain consent.
